I educate and empower women and men to use all forms of resistance and lifting to support bone density, strength, and vitality, while dispelling the myth that “lifting leads to bulk or weight gain". Instead, it builds confidence, resilience, and the freedom to live boldly.

  • In-Home or Gym Personal Training – We come to you - (Currently in New Jersey)

  • Virtual Training – Ideal for travel, busy schedules, or training from anywhere

Pricing

Individual Personal Training: 50 minutes In-home or Virtual. $150 per session

Group Personal Training: 50 minutes In-home or Virtual Pricing available on request
