Lauren Boesch

Wellness Coach - Certified Personal Trainer - Certified Fitness Instructor

Lauren’s wellness journey began more than 30 years ago while balancing a demanding career, family, and personal commitments. What started as a passion for movement evolved into teaching group fitness classes in 2000—often before sunrise or after a long corporate workday and eventually led to earning Personal Trainer certification, where she coached clients who wanted to build strength, confidence, and sustainable health habits.

In 2015, she expanded her expertise into integrative nutrition, deepening her understanding of how food and lifestyle choices influence long-term well-being. She graduated from the Institute for Integrative Nutrition, where she learned innovative coaching methods, practical lifestyle management techniques, and over 100 dietary theories; everything from Ayurveda, gluten-free, and Paleo, to raw, vegan, and macrobiotics, and everything in between.

In 2025, after decades in corporate leadership, she decided to fully transition into a wellness-centered career, dedicating her work to coaching individuals and organizations in creating balanced, energized lives. She specializes in helping women find balance and harmony.

Lauren Boesch, Wellness Coach and founder of Living Wellness Boldly

Her coaching approach focuses on behavior change through mini habits—small, realistic actions that fit into real life and build lasting momentum. Lauren believes confidence doesn’t appear overnight; it grows quietly as people keep small promises to themselves. Over time, those small wins compound into empowerment, resilience, and joy.

Lauren’s philosophy is simple and science-backed: movement is medicine, food is medicine, and connection is essential to well-being. She integrates movement, nutrition, mindset, and socialization in a way that feels supportive and sustainable—not overwhelming. Health, in her view, is not about perfection, but about feeling capable, energized, and confident in your own body and life.

She combines her diverse training in health coaching and personal and group fitness with her corporate transformation background to help mature individuals reclaim their strength, vitality, and sense of purpose—supporting them in defining small, meaningful changes that help them feel empowered, confident, and genuinely happy. and the 7 Dimensions of Wellness.
