Are you a nonprofit organization, social group, company, or leader concerned about the growing work–life stress impacting the people you serve, support, or lead?
Sustainable Performance is not straightforward. In today’s 24/7 environment, individuals are constantly juggling professional responsibilities, family demands, community commitments, and personal health. As a result, burnout and anxiety continue to rise—alongside chronic health conditions such as obesity, diabetes, heart disease, high blood pressure, and cancer. When the boundaries between work, service, and home become blurred, these challenges affect not only individuals, but the strength and sustainability of organizations and communities.
Organizations and leaders feel the impact through increased absenteeism, reduced focus and productivity, higher healthcare costs, volunteer fatigue, and overall burnout. Most importantly, these are the people who carry your mission forward—and their well-being truly matters.
Leaders across sectors want their teams, staff, and members to feel supported, healthy, and engaged. Research consistently shows that when people feel better, they think more clearly, make better decisions, and contribute more effectively. A healthier workforce or community fosters stronger connection, greater resilience, and a more positive, productive environment.
Living Boldly Wellness Lifestyle Workshops offer practical, accessible wellness education tailored to meet individuals where they are—whether in the workplace, a nonprofit setting, or a social or community group. As a small business owner or team leader, you know your people. You see the very real work–life balance challenges they face every day—conference calls that stretch across time zones, urgent demands, shifting priorities, and the constant pressure to do more with less. While you can support them professionally, a Wellness Coach supports the personal side that often goes unseen.
Specialized Group Coaching offers a short-term wellness coaching experience for a select group of employees—designed as a perk, benefit, or recognition opportunity. It sends a powerful message: we care about you not only as a productive and successful employee, but as a whole person.
This program creates space for employees to feel supported, build resilience, and develop practical tools they can use both at work and in life—because when people feel cared for, they show up stronger, healthier, and more engaged.

Today’s executives are navigating relentless demands—constant connectivity, high-stakes decisions, organizational change, and pressure that doesn’t end when the workday does. As an employer, you may be concerned about the health and well-being of your C-Suite leaders as stress levels rise and work–life integration becomes harder to maintain.
Chronic stress, weight gain, hypertension, poor sleep, and burnout are increasingly common among executives—and the cost impacts not only the individual, but the organization as well.
The Executive Health & Wellness Coaching Program is designed for busy leaders who want to improve their health in a realistic, sustainable way. Through a comprehensive look at health and lifestyle factors, the executive and coach work together to establish meaningful goals and implement practical, manageable changes that fit into real life.
Having a dedicated Wellness Coach provides accountability, education, and personalized support—helping executives stay focused, energized, and resilient as they lead.
Coaching sessions are flexible and confidential, offered by phone, Zoom, or in the client’s office.
Sessions may be brief (15–30 minutes weekly) or longer (50 minutes bi-weekly), depending on the executive’s schedule and needs. Programs are thoughtfully designed in collaboration with human resource and wellness professionals to ensure alignment with organizational goals and executive lifestyles.

Mind-body classes focused on mobility, flexibility, and stress reduction
Strength and conditioning for functional fitness and injury prevention
Functional Fitness for Work or Home office

Programs are customized in collaboration with human resources and wellness teams to align with organizational goals, employee demographics, and available space. Whether offered as a weekly benefit, part of a wellness initiative, or a recognition or engagement opportunity, group fitness classes send a clear message: we value your health, energy, and well-being.
